Send an online enquiry
We aim to answer your enquiry within 5 business days. If you have been dismissed and you think it’s unfair or discriminatory, you may be able to start a case at the Commission. There is a 21-day time limit to apply. Please don’t wait for us to respond if it means your application will be late. See job loss and dismissal for more information.

Call 1300 799 675 within Australia between 9 am and 5 pm (local time), Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays.
If you are overseas, call +61 293 081 808 between 9 am and 5 pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday. Your service provider will charge its international rate for calls from overseas.
We try to answer all calls within 10 minutes. You may need to wait longer at busy times.

We have offices in the capital city of each state and territory, plus a regional office in New South Wales. Hearings and conferences take place at those office addresses.
Please do not come to our offices if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, even if your symptoms are mild.
