We started this process to terminate any remaining modernisable enterprise instruments following the enterprise instrument modernisation process.
Schedule 6 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 sets out the enterprise instrument modernisation process.
The instruments listed in Schedule A of the Order issued on 9 January 2024 (PR770027) have now been terminated. This order came into operation on 9 January 2024.
