Our Education strategy 2025-28 is a key element of our Corporate plan 2024-25. It sets the direction for our education efforts, with a focus on:

- supporting new and existing users to understand and access our services.

Stakeholder user groups
The Fair Work Commission has established user groups to facilitate an exchange of views and provide a two-way communication forum between the Commission and key stakeholders.
