Orders are legal documents. They contain the minimum conditions regulated workers and persons in road transport contractual chains are entitled to. Before we can make an order, we must consult with affected entities.
Guidelines are not legally binding. These orders and guidelines are different to collective agreements for regulated workers and businesses.
