Hearings in Melbourne take place at 11 Exhibition Street. The schedule shows most cases for the next 7 days. Some cases are held in private and are not open to the public.

Hearing and conference rooms are on levels 5 and 6. When you arrive at the Commission, check the TV screens on the ground floor to find the cases for the day. The public counter on level 4 is for general enquiries only.

Most hearings are open to the public. To attend an online hearing, you must ask the Member before 8:30 am on the day of the hearing. We will organise phone or video access (using Microsoft Teams) if this is appropriate.

Members of the public must keep their phone or microphone on ‘mute’ during the hearing.
Conferences are generally conducted in private.
We do not publish details of all cases on our website. When you arrive at the Commission, you will see them on the screens.
