The Job Security stream of the Modern Awards Review 2023–24 will look at whether the terms of modern awards support the new object and modern awards objective of the Fair Work Act 2009 regarding job security and the need to improve access to secure work across the economy.

Consultations are scheduled to be held before Deputy President Gostencnik and Commissioner Tran between 27 February and 18 March 2024.
