If you or your business are named in a case, we will contact you. You will receive a letter from us with information about the case. We may call you before we send the letter. This will depend on the type of case. In the letter you will receive:
- a copy of the application form and the claims made against you
- a link to the response form so you can respond.
It is important for you read all the information we send you and respond. As an independent tribunal, we do not take sides. Your response helps us understand your side.
