What we send you
When a person names you in their general protections application, we will send you:
- a copy of their application (Form F8C), which details their claim
- a letter with a link to the Form F8D – Response to general protections application not involving dismissal.
If both sides agree, a Commission Member will conduct a conference. You are not required to participate.
When you choose not to participate
You can tell us you do not agree to participate using the Form F8D.
When you participate
We will schedule a conference with a Commission Member. It is important for you to send us your response using Form F8D. Your response helps us to understand your version of events and to determine how we resolve the application.
