If you were a party involved in the original case, you may apply for permission to appeal. You have 21 days after we made the original decision to submit the application.

You must meet 2 criteria before you can apply to appeal a decision or order.
1. you were a party in the case so the decision affects your legal interests
2. the person who made the decision or order was:
- a single Member of the Commission
- the General Manager (or delegate) of the Commission, for cases about the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.
A person or organisation who is ‘aggrieved’ by a decision may apply to appeal. This includes registered organisations.
Note: We do not consider appeals just because you are unhappy or disagree with with the original decision. See Reasons you may appeal.
