The Online Lodgment Service (OLS) is our preferred method of lodgment, it’s a portal to help you start (lodge) your application online. Only certain forms can be lodged using the OLS.
On this page:
- Form F2 – Unfair dismissal application (online form)
- Form F8 – General protections application involving dismissal (online form)
- Form F8C – General protections application not involving dismissal (form upload)
- Form F9 – Application for the Commission to deal with an unlawful termination dispute (form upload)
- Form F16 – Application for approval of an enterprise agreement (other than a greenfields agreement) (online form)
- Form F72 – Application for an order to stop bullying at work (form upload)
Online smart forms can be completed online in the OLS. A PDF copy of the completed form will be emailed to you when you lodge your application.
Form uploads require you to download a blank Word or PDF version of the form from the OLS, complete it offline and then upload it to the OLS.
The form I need is not listed
If the form you need is not listed it cannot be lodged using the OLS. A list of all forms, with information about how to lodge them, is available on our Forms webpage.
What you can do in the OLS
You can:
- Start an application
- Save a draft of your application to submit later
- Pay for (or attach a fee waiver form) and lodge a completed application
- Update contact details for prefilling into application forms
- View previously lodged applications.
For now, the OLS can only be used to start (lodge) your application. Any communication about your case after it's lodged will be by email.
Emails from @optusnet.com.au causing technical difficulties
We are currently unable to respond to emails from optusnet email addresses due to their security settings.
This means if you try to create an OLS account using an email address with @optusnet.com.au in it, the verification email you need to activate your OLS account may be blocked (you may not receive it).
Please use a different email address when creating an OLS account.
