Introduction
The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (Australian Services Union) and others have applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
Content
The application has been made under section 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009. It seeks to vary clauses 25.4, 25.7 and 28 of the Award, which are about rest breaks between work, sleepovers and overtime and penalty rates.
The changes sought in respect of clauses 25.1 and 28 are being dealt with together with AM2023/28 and the parts of AM2024/16 concerning sleepover arrangements. Documents for the combined matters will be published on AM2023/28 and others.
