The Australian Industry Group has applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

The application has been made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 or, in the alternative, under section 158. It seeks to vary the sleepover arrangements in the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 to clarify their operation.
This matter is being dealt with together with the parts of AM2024/30 concerning clauses 25.4 and 28.1 of the Award and the parts of application AM2024/16 relating to sleepover arrangements.
