Live Performance Award variation (AM2021/8)

Live Performance Australia and the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance applied to change the Live Performance Award 2020 (MA000081).

Following a joint application by Live Performance Australia and Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance to vary clause 25.3(d) Failure to produce or present production in the Live Performance Award 2020 under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Commission has expressed the provisional view that the matter is more appropriately dealt with under section 158 and has issued directions in Decision [2021] FWCFB 1214.
