After the Commission receives an application to cancel the registration of an organisation, a notice is published in the government Gazette to notify interested parties that the application has been made.
An interested person can object to the cancellation of an organisation's registration using Form F61. An objection must be made within 35 days of the publication of the government Gazette notice.

You can also send or deliver your document to the Commission office near you.
You must send (‘serve’) a copy of your application to the applicant organisation within 7 calendar days from when the objection is lodged in the Commission.

After we receive notification of an objection, the Commission will hold a hearing to determine the case. At the hearing the applicant and objector can make submissions.
