The organisation is divided into 2 branches known as the National Division and the International Division.
The governance of the organisation is vested in the Federal Council, comprising Officers and Councillors from each division. The divisions are governed by their respective Divisional Council and Divisional Executive.
Elections for offices within the organisation are conducted by the AEC. Officers of the organisation are elected at 2 and 4 year term intervals. Its elections are conducted by the AEC.
