CFMEU construction agreements in progress

Agreement applications on this page relate to:

• section 185 applications for approval of a greenfields, single or multi-enterprise agreement, and
• section 210 applications for approval of a variation of an enterprise agreement,

where the CFMEU Construction and General Division are an applicant, employee bargaining representative or signatory to that agreement.

If you have any information relevant to the agreement-making process for one of these agreements that you wish to bring to the attention of the Commission, you can do so by emailing us at [email protected].

If you wish to be heard in relation to one of these agreements before its approval, you can advise the Commission by emailing us at [email protected].

If you have concerns about the agreement-making process for an agreement that has already been approved, you can provide that information to the Fair Work Ombudsman through one of their contact points: Contact us - Fair Work Ombudsman.

If the agreement is not in progress, you can:

• search for an agreement (approved agreements only)
• find a decision on an agreement (approved or refused).
