Our Online Lodgment Service (OLS) will also be unavailable. You can still lodge an application by downloading the relevant Form and submitting it to your local Commission office by email or fax. Applications for approval of an enterprise agreement (other than a greenfields agreement) can still be lodged online using our new online agreement application form.
