PN1
THE COMMISSIONER: Now, please remain seated in Melbourne. It will make it easier for us to follow. Can I take the appearances, please?
PN2
MS M RANGOTT: Thank you, Commissioner, my name is Rangott, initial M, and I appear for the National Special Education Industry Union.
PN3
THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Rangott, thank you. Ms Pugsley?
PN4
MS C PUGSLEY: My name is Pugsley, initial C, for the Australian Higher Education Industrial Association.
PN5
THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you, very much. Now, Ms Rangott, I've read the application, I understand the reasons. Ms Pugsley, are you opposing it or consenting to it?
PN6
MS PUGSLEY: Commissioner, there is no opposing the application.
PN7
THE COMMISSIONER: All right. Well, I've also received a submission from Mr Periker on behalf of the CPSU that supports the application. Is there anything further you wanted to add, Ms Rangott?
PN8
MS RANGOTT: No, nothing further, Commissioner. We'd certainly just seek to rely on our written submissions.
PN9
THE COMMISSIONER: Yes, very well. All right. Well, I'll issue a decision pursuant to section 160 of the Fair Work Act and I will vary the award to remove ambiguity, uncertainty or correct an error. I've read the materials and I don't know what happened to the computer - but we'll attend to that. And thank you very much for the application and thank you both for your attendance. The matter is now adjourned.
