PN1
THE VICE PRESIDENT: Thank you. The only appearance we have is for you, Ms Bhatt.
PN2
MS R BHATT: Yes, Vice President, for the Australian Industry Group.
PN3
THE VICE PRESIDENT: What I have in this matter is, as I understand it, there is no substantive variations being sought by any party.
PN4
MS BHATT: Yes.
PN5
THE VICE PRESIDENT: It's only technical and drafting matters and they're all from the Ai Group?
PN6
MS BHATT: Yes, Vice President.
PN7
THE VICE PRESIDENT: Is there any relevant union in relation to this, that's going to respond to this?
PN8
MS BHATT: Well, I had a very brief review of some material during the Part 10A Award Modernisation process when this award was made. And based on that it appeared to me that the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance is the primary, if not only union, that might have an interest. We haven't had any contact with them and to date I have not seen them involved, generally, in this award review process. I don't think I can assist the Commission any further in that regard however.
PN9
THE VICE PRESIDENT: Yes. Well, I think all I can do is take these matters on board, refer them to the Full Bench, noting that there's no other appearance but I don't think we'll bring you back each time during this process.
PN10
MS BHATT: Yes, Vice President.
PN11
THE VICE PRESIDENT: Are you involved in any other matters for today?
PN12
MS BHATT: No, I'm not.
PN13
THE VICE PRESIDENT: Lucky you, Ms Bhatt.
PN14
MS BHATT: Lucky.
PN15
THE VICE PRESIDENT: Thank you. The Commission will be adjourned.
PN16
MS BHATT: Thank you.
ADJOURNED INDEFINITELY [1.07 PM]
