Appeal against decision [2020] FWC 3171 of Deputy President Barclay at Hobart on 22 June 2020 in matter number C2018/6054 – correction to [31].

The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 22 September 2020 [2020] FWCFB 5054, PR722946 is corrected as follows:

[1] By deleting the word “Simplot” in the penultimate sentence of paragraph [31] and replacing it with the words “The employer”.
