Application to vary the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 - Schedule I - Correction at paragraph [2].

[1] The Statement [[2020] FWCFB 3376] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 is corrected by deleting paragraph [2] and replacing it with the following:

“[2] This statement concerns an application to vary Schedule I in the Restaurant Award filed by RCI (the Application). The parties have reached a consent position to extend the operation of Schedule I to 27 September 2020.”
