Application to vary the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 - Schedule J - correcting paragraph [2] re incorrect date.

[1] The Statement [[2020] FWCFB 3375] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 June 2020 is corrected by deleting paragraph [2] and replacing it with the following:

“[2] This statement concerns an application to vary the Hospitality Award filed by the Australian Hotels Association (the Application). The parties have reached a consent position to extend the operation of Schedule J (formerly schedule L) to 27 September 2020.”
