Application for an unfair dismissal remedy - Correction to [97].

In respect to my decision [[2019] FWC 8412] and pursuant to section 602 of the Act, the following correction is made:

[1] Delete the word ‘discretion’ at the end of the third sentence in [97] and replace it with the word ‘direction’.
