7. ENTERPRISE FLEXIBILITY PROVISIONS
Where an agency or its employees wish to pursue an agreement about how the award should be varied so as to make the agency, or part of the agency, operate more efficiently according to its particular needs, the following process will apply:
7.1.1 a consultative mechanism and procedures appropriate to the size, structure and needs of the agency or part of an agency will be established.
7.1.2 for the purpose of the consultative process the employees may nominate the relevant union(s) or another employee representative to represent them.
7.1.3 where agreement is reached an application will be made to the AIRC.
