13. NOTIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP

An organisation of employers named in 3.2.2 of this Part shall, upon written request of an organisation of employees named in 3.2.1 and within 21 days of receiving such request, state in writing whether a named employer was a member at the date specified in the request.
