1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (Roping-in No. 3) Award 2003 (the Award).
2. PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This Award shall be binding upon:
2.1 the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union and its members; and
2.2 the employers set out in Schedule A in respect of their employees whether members of the Union or not, engaged in the performance of work within the scope of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award, 1998 - Part I.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award the provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award, 1998 - Part I as varied from time to time shall apply to and be binding upon the parties to this Award.
4. DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the first pay period to commence on or after 2 October 2003 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
