1 TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 Roping-in No. 6 Award 2002.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 Automotived, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the Union) and its members; and
2.2 The employers set out in Schelule A in respect of their employees whether members of the Union or not, engaged in the performance of work within the scope of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998.
3. COVERAGE OF THE AWARD
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 Parts as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding upon the parties to this Award.
4. OPERATION
This award will come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 3 December 2002 and shall remain in force for six months.
