1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 (Roping-in No. 4) Award 2002.
2. PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the union) and its members; and
2.2 GBC Scientific Equipment Pty Ltd, 12 Monterey Road, Dandenong Vic 3175, in respect of its employees whether members of the union or not, engaged in the performance of work within the scope of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 Parts II and V as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this award.
4. OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period to commence on or after 30 July 2002 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
