1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1999 - Part 1.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
1. The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union;
2. Central Spring Works Australia Pty Ltd;
3. All employees of Central Spring Works Australia Pty Ltd who are eligible to be, whether or not they are, members of the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award, the provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This Award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 16 September 1999, and remain in force for a period of 6 months.
