Award flexibility schedules – Schedule X—Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic – deletion of schedules which are no longer operative.
A. Further to paragraph [9] of the decision [[2022] FWC 1531] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 June 2022, the awards set out at Appendix A to this determination are varied as follows:
1. By deleting Schedule X—Additional Measures During the COVID-19 Pandemic.
2. By updating the table of contents accordingly.
B. This determination comes into operation on 17 October 2022. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 17 October 2022.
