Schedule X—Additional measures during Covid-19 pandemic – applications to extend operation of Schedule X – certain provisions in Schedule X reinstated.
A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 15 July 2022 [[2022] FWCFB 130], the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words “8 April 2020” in clause X.1 and inserting “15 July 2022”.
2. By deleting the words “30 June 2022” in clause X.1 and inserting “31 December 2022”.
3. By deleting the words “30 June 2022” in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “31 December 2022”.
4. By deleting clause X.2.2.
5. By updating the cross-references accordingly.
B. This determination comes into operation on 15 July 2022. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 15 July 2022.
