Variation to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error – Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 – superannuation – clause 23.4(k).

A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 7 July 2022 [[2022] FWC 1725], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “Statewide Superannuation Trust” appearing in clause 23.4(k) and inserting “Hostplus”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 7 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 7 July 2022.
