EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (SCHOOLS) GENERAL STAFF AWARD 2020

Award flexibility schedules – Schedule X—Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic – award-specific COVID-19 schedules – deletion of schedules which are no longer operative.

A. Further to the decision [[2022] FWC 1531] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 June 2022, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting Schedule J.

2. By deleting Schedule X—Additional Measures During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

3. By updating the table of contents accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation on 17 June 2022. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 17 June 2022.
