Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.76” appearing in clause 18.3(c) and inserting “$17.15”.

2. By deleting the amount “$43.70” appearing in clause 18.3(f)(i) and inserting “$45.70”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—work continuing after 6.00 pm weekdays or 1.00 pm Saturdays	18.3(c)	17.15	per occasion
Travelling allowance—minimum per day	18.3(f)(i)	45.70	per day

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
