Application to vary the Live Performance Award 2020 - correction.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 7 March 2022 [PR738928] is corrected as follows
1. By inserting items A.12 to A.16 as follows:
“12. By deleting the words “Meals while travelling—one week or less—per meal period” in the 16th row of the table in clause B.3.1 and inserting “Meals while travelling—one to 4 days—per meal period”.
13. By deleting the words “Meals while travelling—more than one week—per week” in the 17th row of the table in clause B.3.1 and inserting “Meals while travelling—one week (5 working days) or more—maximum per week”.
14. By deleting the words “Meals while travelling—more than one week—per day”, “Take away and fast foods sub-group” and “60.98” in the 18th row of the table in clause B.3.1 and inserting “Meals while travelling—one week (5 working days) or more—per day”, “Weekly allowance / 5” and “60.96”, respectively.
15. By deleting the words “Incidentals allowance while travelling more than one week—maximum per week” in the 19th row of the table in clause B.3.1 and inserting “Incidentals allowance while travelling one week (5 working days) or more—maximum per week”.
16. By deleting the words “Incidentals allowance while travelling more than one week—per day”, “Domestic holiday travel and accommodation sub-group” and “17.26” in the 20th row of the table in clause B.3.1 and inserting “Incidentals allowance while travelling one week (5 working days) or more—per day”, “Weekly allowance / 5” and “17.28”, respectively.”
B. This determination comes into effect on 14 March 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 14 March 2022.
