Annual Wage Review 2020–21 – Commercial Sales Award 2020 – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review 2020–21 on 25 June 2021 [PR729342] is corrected as follows:

1. By renumbering items A.2 to A.7 as A.3 to A.8.

2. By inserting a new item A.2 as follows:

“2. By deleting the words “1 February 2021” in clause 15.2(b)(ii) and inserting “1 July 2021”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 27 January 2022. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 27 January 2022.
