PLUMBING AND FIRE SPRINKLERS AWARD 2020

Application to vary the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020 – application to extend the operation of Schedule X— Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic to operate until 30 June 2022.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 21 December 2021 [[2021] FWC 6653], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “31 December 2021” in clause X.1 and inserting “30 June 2022”.

2. By deleting the words “31 December 2021” in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “30 June 2022”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 January 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 January 2022.
