Variation of modern award to correct error–Joinery and Building Trades Award 2020–minimum hourly rates for part-time traineeships–clause E.4.2(e)(ii) varied.

A. The above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting Table 9 in clause E.4.2(e)(ii) and inserting the following:

Table 9—Minimum hourly rate for part-time adult trainees (AQF Certificate Level IV traineeship)

B. This determination comes into operation from 24 June 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 24 June 2021.
