Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$18.52” appearing in clause 35.1 and inserting “$18.80”.

2. By deleting the amount “$18.52” appearing in clause 35.2 and inserting “$18.80”.

3. By deleting the amount “$18.52” appearing in clause 35.3(a) and inserting “$18.80”.

4. By deleting the amount “$18.52” appearing in clause 35.3(b) and inserting “$18.80”.

5. By deleting the amount “$0.23” appearing in clause 35.3(c) and inserting “$0.24”.

6. By deleting the amount “$0.23” appearing in clause 35.3(d) and inserting “$0.24”.

7. By deleting the amount “$18.52” appearing in clause 35.3(e) and inserting “$18.80”.

8. By deleting the amounts “$9.95”, “$11.10” and “$17.06” appearing in clause 68.9 and inserting “$10.10”, “$11.27” and “$17.32” respectively.

9. By deleting the amount “$5.75” appearing in clause 70.5(a) and inserting “$5.90”.

10. By deleting the amount “$11.65” appearing in clause 70.5(b) and inserting “$11.95”.

11. By deleting the amount “$23.20” appearing in clause 70.5(c) and inserting “$23.80”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
