Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amounts “$0.78” and “$0.26” appearing in clause 16.4(b)(ii) and inserting “$0.80” and “$0.27” respectively.

2. By deleting the amounts “$12.25” and “$10.52” appearing in clause 16.5(a)(i) and inserting “$12.43” and “$10.68” respectively.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—overtime for more than one and a half hours without prescribed notice—first meal	16.5(a)(i)	12.43	per occasion
Meal allowance—overtime for more than one and a half hours without prescribed notice—second and subsequent meal/s	16.5(a)(i)	10.68	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
