ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER HEALTH WORKERS AND PRACTITIONERS AND ABORIGINAL COMMUNITY CONTROLLED HEALTH SERVICES AWARD 2020

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Practitioners and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services Award 2020 – correction to clause A.2.8(b).

A. Pursuant to s.602 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the determination issued by the Full Bench on 21 December 2020 [PR725164], as amended by the determination issued on 30 December 2020 [PR725873], is corrected to remove an obvious error as follows:

1. By deleting the reference to “Grade 5 Level 1” appearing in the note to clause A.2.8(b) of item A.18, as renumbered by PR725873, and inserting “Grade 4 Level 2”.

B. The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Practitioners and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services Award 2020 is varied to correct an error, pursuant to s.160, as follows:

1. By deleting the reference to “Grade 5 Level 1” appearing in the note to clause A.2.8(b) and inserting “Grade 4 Level 2”.

C. This determination comes into operation from 12 March 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 12 March 2021.
