4 yearly review of modern awards - Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services Award 2020 - correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 21 December 2020 [PR725164] is corrected as follows:

1. By renumbering items A.2 to A.22 as items A.3 to A.23.

2. By inserting a new item A.2 as follows:

‘2. By deleting the words “Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Grade 2 Level 1” from the definition of “Standard rate” in clause 2 and inserting “Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Grade 3 Level 1’.

3. By renumbering items A.22 and A.23 as items A.23 and A.24.

4. By inserting a new item A.22 as follows:

‘22. By deleting the words “Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Grade 2 Level 1” appearing in clause C.1.1 and inserting “Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Grade 3 Level 1”.’

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 January 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee's first full pay period that starts on or after 1 January 2021.
