Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic
(AM2020/13)

Schedule X—Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic – extending the operation of Schedule X.

A. Further to the Full Bench Decision [[2020] FWCFB 5768] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 October 2020, the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “29 October 2020” in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “29 March 2021”.

2. By deleting the words “29 October 2020” in clause X.2.2(c) and inserting “29 March 2021”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 29 October 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 29 October 2020.
