Application by the Shop, Distributive & Allied Employees’ Association to vary Schedule X
(AM2020/87)

Schedule X in the Fast Food Industry Award 2010; General Retail Industry Award 2010; Hair and Beauty Industry Award 2010 and Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020.

A. Further to decision [2020] FWCFB 3933 issued by the Full Bench on 27 July 2020, the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “31 July 2020” in clause X.1 and inserting “30 September 2020”.

2 By deleting the words “31 July 2020” in clause X.2.1(d) and inserting “30 September 2020”.

3. By deleting the words “31 July 2020” in clause X.2.2(c) and inserting “30 September 2020”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 27 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 27 July 2020.
