Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic
(AM2020/34 and others)

Schedule X—Additional measures during the COVID-19 pandemic – applications to extend the operation of Schedule X – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full bench on 30 June 2020 [PR720633] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the words “AM2020/34 and others” where they appear in item 1 and inserting “AM2020/13”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
