4 yearly review of modern awards – Road Transport (Long Distance Operations) Award 2020 – modern award varied – correction to determination.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 14 February 2020 [PR716686] and the correction issued on 30 April 2020 [PR718399] are corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the figure “130%” appearing in clause 25.3(a)(i) and inserting “30%”.

2. By deleting the figure “120%” appearing in clause 25.3(a)(ii) and inserting “20%”.

3. By deleting the figure “130%” appearing in clause 25.4(a) and inserting “30%”.

4. By deleting the figure “120%” appearing in clause 25.4(b) and inserting “20%”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 4 May 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 4 May 2020.
