Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount "$13.52" appearing in clause 17.4(a)(i) and inserting "$14.15".

2. By deleting the amount "$15.07" appearing in clause 17.4(c) and inserting "$15.39".

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Tool allowance—Tradespersons¹	17.4(a)(i)	14.15	per week
Vehicle allowance	17.4(b)	0.78	per km
Meal allowance—overtime of 1.5 hours or more immediately after ordinary hours	17.4(c)	15.39	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
