Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.27” appearing in clause 17.3(a) and inserting “$16.60”.

2. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 17.3(b)(i) and inserting “$0.80”.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.26” appearing in clause 17.3(b)(ii) and inserting “$0.27”.

4. By deleting the amount “$20.11” appearing in clause 17.3(c)(i) and inserting “$20.37”.

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Motor vehicle allowance—Motor vehicle	17.3(b)(i)	0.80	per km
Motor vehicle allowance—Motorcycle	17.3(b)(ii)	0.27	per km
Tool allowance	17.3(c)(i)	20.37	per week

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
