Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the amount “$165,980” appearing in clause 17.2(j)(iii) and inserting “$169,035”.
2. By deleting the amount “$50.51” appearing in clause 17.3(a)(i) and inserting “$51.59”.
3. By deleting the amount “$50.51” appearing in clause 17.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$51.59”.
4. By deleting the amount “$442.22” appearing in clause 17.3(d)(ii) and inserting “$451.14”.
5. By deleting the amounts “$166.16” and “$442.22” appearing in clause 17.3(d)(iii) and inserting “$169.51” and “$451.14” respectively.
6. By deleting the amount “$442.22” appearing in clause 17.3(e)(i) and inserting “$451.14”.
7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 17.3(e)(ii) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
