Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$11.69” appearing in clause 19.3(e) and inserting “$12.05”.

2. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Footwear for wet work—per meeting	19.3(a)	6.00	per meeting
Footwear for wet work—up to maximum per week	19.3(a)	12.00	per week
Loss of clothing reimbursement (maximum)	19.3(c)	819.38	per single claim
Meal allowance—one and a half hours or more overtime	19.3(e)	12.05	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
